My philosophy has always been: if you exercise and eat well regularly, there is no reason why you can't indulge once in a while. For me it's quality, not quantity. For example, a person who goes to the gym for an hour with light hearted effort is not going to experience the same benefits as a person who's in there for 30 mins giving it their all. Of course we all know this, but it's always harder to live by the words that we preach than it is to preach them. Therefore my goal is to have nutrition and food be fun and healthy so it isn't difficult but now and again you'll find indulgent recipes and ideas, coupled with suggestions to burn it off to avoid the guilty conscience later.
